At Moichat Bijoux, we hope you love every piece you receive. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Be in their original condition.
- Include any original tags or accessories where applicable.
Please contact us before returning any item.
Earrings
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are:
- Faulty
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrectly supplied
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item.
Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty or sent incorrectly:
- Customers are responsible for return postage.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
