Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently ship using Royal Mail.

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional postage before being resent.
