Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. We ship with Royal Mail, and available delivery options and estimated times are displayed at checkout. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days for eligible unworn items in their original condition. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty or supplied in error. Approved refunds are issued within 10 working days after your return has been received and inspected.
